We are planning our Science Day for 2010. At our school we hold this every four years so every child experiences this in their time here.

The date planned is Tuesday 23rd March 2010. This is the week after national Science Week, so that it does not clash with booking Scientists or organisations. We have already planned a few exciting shows and visitors.

We will be holding a Fayre during that day when there will be different 'stalls' in the hall for everyone to visit. These will be 'manned' by all of our classes as well as by parents, our PTA, the Governors and other organisations.

You may want to organise a Science Stall or you want to contact someone who would be interested in running one. You may have a suggestion of something we could do – anything to do with Science!

If not, you will be able to help on the day, either for an hour or for longer, and will be asked nearer the time. If you cannot do that, you will be welcome to visit – more details nearer the time

So, keep the date free. Tuesday 23rd March 2010 for the Marchwood Junior School Science Day!
